How are orders shipped?
Products are generally shipped with a shipping company per case and shipping point. For distribution within Greece, there are no shipping costs.
Once you have completed your order, you will be sent an e-mail confirming that we have received your order.
No product is reserved without a nominal order.
Our company reserves the right to request a 50% deposit for each order and to change prices without notice.
How long does it take for orders to ship?
Orders are shipped within three (3) days. In the event of a delay, you will be informed of the indicative delivery date.
What are the payment methods?
Credit / debit / prepaid card
Payment by credit, debit or prepaid card is made using the payment system of the partner Piraeus bank. The cards that are accepted of all banks are below. Payment by card is made under the condition of its legal use. By choosing the specific payment method, you will be taken to the partner bank’s website where you will fill in your card details to complete the transaction. During this process no personal information (including credit card number) is stored by our system. The correctness and security of your transactions is guaranteed by the cooperating bank.
