During the World of Coffee, which took place last June in Athens and after research that lasted for about three years, an innovative machine for soaking filter coffee and tea, for professional use, was presented, signed by the new Greek company Wise Coffee Products. As the founder and initiator Tasos Galanis emphasizes in ‘Snack&Coffee’, the Wise Brewer machine came to provide solutions to a multitude of issues and to satisfy the increased needs both in the Greek and in the global catering market.

café/coffee shop owner needs more and more automatic machines, in order to limit the error and to be able to have a stable quality result, to save time and energy, without specialization is necessary and this is what Wise Brewer comes to cover.

But how does this machine work and why is it an innovation? As Mr. Galanis emphasizes, Wise Brewer helps the user to have full control of the profiles, in order to get the desired result in his cup, while during coffee preparation, he receives useful information from the color touch screen for the entire extraction process.
At the same time, at each stage he can choose the volume of water he will need, the temperature, the wetting speed and the pulses, then save it and refer to it at any time. It also does not require any installation as it can be placed anywhere. On top of that, it measures the TDS of the water in the container and notifies the user about the quality, while there is no need to connect to a computer, since everything is on the machine, with the latest technology electronics, without this meaning that there is no app to use via a device. According to its creator, the interest of professionals has exceeded all expectations and production is expected to start immediately, since all the necessary procedures have been initiated.
